A manifesto to myself and others.

A blue poster with words and lines in white and green

Be a good person. Be creative, and organized. Be structured, but go with the flow. Be social, but don’t take over. Be strong but not overpowering. Stay calm under pressure. Don’t over react. Be honest. Always. Never project your negative feeling onto others. On a bad day, remember that people have it worse. Show emotions. But only the good ones. Strive for success, but live in the moment. When you fall get back up. Don’t feel sorry for yourself. Just. Keep. Going. Love all humans. And the animals. and the planet. Recycle. Don’t eat fast food. Do yoga. Call your parents. And your friends. Stop scrolling and go out in nature. Learn time management.Get 8 hours of sleep. Meditate. Just… take a deep breath when you feel overwhelmed. Remember not to sit all day. Stop. Eating. Cookies. Go for a run. Exercise is good for you. Life is not that hard. Why are you tired? You shouldn’t be. You just sit at a desk all day. How can that make you tired? You barely workout anymore. Why are you hungry? You just ate. It’s probably all in your head. Learn to resist. There is no such thing as perfect. Don’t even try to be. But make sure you know everything. Make sure you have answers. And good ones. And when you don’t, never show weakness. Keep an open mind. Don’t judge. It’s bad for you. Avoid gossip. When one finger points at them, points back at you. Turn off the TV. And your phone. And the computer. Unplug. Stop worrying what people think. The only person you should listen to is you. Should. Stop saying should and get to work. top thinking about what you’re going to do, and go DO IT! Take chances. But weigh your odds. Don’t do too much. Don’t be too much. Just the right amount. All the time. Always. Enough already. You’re enough, already!
