I'm Ida Persson, a designer, strategist, and storyteller working at the intersection of systems thinking, regenerative practice, and social and cultural transformation.
Currently, I run DesignShifts: a critical design lab and learning platform exploring systemic transition and regenerative practice.
I also collaborate with partners and organizations navigating complex change, bringing speculative methods, systems thinking, participatory practices, and regenerative principles to the work.
My practice is rooted in care, justice, and the belief that a better world is possible. My work is in service of human and planetary flourishing.
